“Life is a party, when life has Joseph.” -Joseph Hunter. This quote was said by joseph hunter a week before homecoming at Rocky Mountain High school.
Homecoming at rocky is a big event lots of people are ecstatic about and look forward to going too. This year the theme for rocky homecoming is neon. The theme neon is for bright, Fluorescent, and reflecting colors that glow in the dark. So, when interviewing Some of rock’s students about the theme and what they thought about it one of them said “the theme was basic and boring this year”- this person wants to stay anonyms.
A lot of rocky students have very mixed options and perspectives but one thing I can say confidently is that there will be a lot of variation in homecoming outfits. So far suits and dresses will have a wide variety of styles, the theme for homecoming this year was announced later than usual therefore most students will not be wearing neon. Which supports the amount of variety and competition for beauty at homecoming.
Most students don’t just go home after homecoming. There’s a lot going on after homecoming, I interviewed a group of students and they shared how they were planning to meet up and watch movies after. While I interviewed another group of students and they explained how they were planning to go hot tubing and order pizza after. While one student said “I’m going home and then I’m going to take a nap”- Enock hunter. There’s a lot of different after school activities going on too. I’m sure homecoming.
A student from rocky said that he would wear “fake steel toe shoes with dark brown dress pants and a white dress shirt.”- Enock Hunter. while another student said “I’m going to wear a maroon dress to homecoming”-Issabella Wahab. There’s a lot of different diversity that will be worn by the students of rocky.
One thing for certain, homecoming night will be exhilarating and exciting night everyone will all remember.
