From November 11th to the 19th Rocky Mountain High School will be starting its Thanksgiving Food Drive. The thanksgiving food drive will accept anything that’s stated: Boxes of stuffing mix, instant potatoes, Macaroni n Cheese, yams, Jars/Packets/Caned gravy, Brown Sugar, Marshmallows, Canned Green Beans, Cans of Cream Mushroom Soup, Frensh Fried Onions, Canned Corn, Cranberry Sauce, cornbread mix, dessert mix, Jello mix, Hot Chocolate Mix, Apple Cider mix, Paper Plates, Plastic Utensils, Holiday Napkins or Paper Towels, Disposable foil Pans, and Laundry Baskets. Other Food is allowed just needs to be thanksgiving related.
Drop off Location: “Bring your food to your class box in the 4 corners. The Class that brings the most boxes will be getting lunch and advisory incentive.”
The Thanksgiving Food Drive is a once in a year event where the Rocky community can all donate thanksgiving foods for the homeless and the ones with not enough money to buy it themselves. With the Rocky community they can change a family’s thanksgiving experience.
