Humans of Rocky: Aiden Henzler

Aeryn Windh, Copy Editor

Not a lot of people know the life of a popular kid. So, to prove they’re somewhat normal and not untouchable, I interviewed Aiden Henzler. To my surprise and to many others, he’s a sweet and normal person who has a busy life.

Tell me about a day in your life

“Depends on the day, sometimes I go to the gym around 5:30am. I’ll go home and shower. Eat breakfast, try not to be late, then I just have a normal day. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I have baseball. If I don’t, I hang out with my friends or go hunting.”

What are your interests?

“I like hunting and playing baseball. I’ve hunted since I was nine, I usually hunt for geese and ducks. Baseball has been a big part of my life since I was little. I also played football for a bit this year as well.”

How do you think people perceive you?

“Probably the troublemaker in school, my friends think I’m funny. It’s why I have friends.”

How do you perceive yourself?

“Probably funny and athletic. I like to perceive myself in a good way”

What’s your favorite hobby?

“Baseball. It’s been a huge part of my life like I said earlier. I wrap my life around it; I live for it. I practice, I always put my all into it. I’m dedicated to it. I was inspired mostly by my uncle; he played in college. My dad liked the Giants, so we went to games together. My favorite player at that time was Buster Posey. I just fell in love with it.”
