Everyone is always looking forward to senior year. Your last year of high school comes with some very fun opportunities such as painting a parking spot, graduating, and senior skip day. But something that is a lot of fun for seniors is senior assassin. Senior Assassin is a game that seniors play during the last semester of the year. The rules for this game are simple you get assigned someone, you have a water gun and have to get them out using a water gun. There’s a twist though. You have to be wearing goggles or floaties at all times or you can’t get saved. With these on you aren’t able to get out unless it’s the purge. Today we will be talking to a couple of our seniors at Rocky Mountain High School about this exciting game.
First up, we have Morgan Carlson. Carlson was asked 3 questions, were you mad when you got out, how did you get out, and did you get anyone out. First, Carlson responded with Yes, I was when she was asked if she was mad when she got out. Next, Carlson said the girls, called them to come and get us out when we were trying to hunt the girls. So they all ran out of Aubrey Montoya’s house and shot us while we were all trying to get the girls out. And Lastly Carlson was asked if she got anyone out she said we did not get anybody out.
The next person who was asked a series of questions was Braedon Holley. Holley was asked what it was like to survive the purge and Holley responded with it was pretty easy most of the time. If you’re just at home, its not that hard, because people just cant come into your house. But when you’re out, like trying to get people during the purge, you just have to be careful of other teams trying to get you out. Holley was also asked if he preferred goggles or floaties while he was playing and he said goggles. Holley had some good answers that helped explain Senior Assassin a little better and you were able to see what it was like from another persons perspective.
The 3rd person who was asked some questions was Ashley Taylor. Taylor was asked a couple of questions about her journey though senior assassin. The first thing she was asked was why she did it? Taylor said that she did it for fun. Taylor was also asked if she was on a team and how they chose their team name. She stated that she was on a team but it was randomly picked and that there team name was already set before she joined. The last thing that Taylor got questioned on was how long she thought they were going to last in the game. Taylor had a very quick and confident response, she exclaimed that they thought they were all going to last until the second to last round. Ashley Taylor had some very interesting answers to the questions that she got asked.
The last person who got interviewed was Jasmine Worrell. Worrell didn’t play in senior assassin because she was out of town when the game first started. Worrell said that she wished she did it and that she thinks she would have only lasted the first round of the game if she did it.
Senior year is a blast and having a game like Senior Assassin makes it a little more fun. Each and every high schooler looks forward to this year because you graduate high school, you get to paint a parking space and now this. You get to play a really fun game your last semester of high school.

I think this is a beautiful article that included people that actually have been in senior assassin which is good for knowing more about the game itself.

Senior Assassin seemed like a very fun activity for the seniors to do! It was hilarious watching them walk around with floaties or swimming goggles on to protect themselves.

Senior Splashing is so much fun! This article really puts into detail the experience you can enjoy when playing Senior Splashing. Although I am a freshman, Senior Splashing is one of the things I am looking forward to when I become a senior. I love how you interviewed many people so you could get the most info possible. Great article.

I think that this is a very cool activity that the seniors get to do on the last semester of their highschool career. I like how much detail the reporter put into this article because it gives much insight into what it will be like in the future. I wish the best to the winner of Senior Assassin.
