Need a quick little pick me up, or a place to get a drink with your friends? Well, the perfect place pops into mind, Swig! Swig is located right next to the Costco on Chinden Rd. Swig is a soda shop that offers 20 base drinks, 30 plus flavored syrups, creams, and fresh fruit purees. Other than just being a soda shop, it offers some snacks such as: a cup of salted pretzel bites and mini chocolate chip cookies. There are three types of drinks you can get there: sodas, revivers, and refreshers.
Many people get different types of drinks from Swig. For example, Iris Worrell a sophomore at Rocky Mountain Highschool was asked: “What’s your favorite drink to get at swig?” she responded, “Dirty Dr. Pepper.” Iris was also asked how often she visits Swig. She responded with “Every other day.”
Aubrey Lineal a freshman at Rocky was asked: “What is your favorite drink to get at Swig?” And she said, “The Ring King.” Aubrey was also asked what her first impression was, and she said this, “They had good service, and I got my drink really fast.”
The next person, Karina Hoeger also a freshman at Rocky was asked what her favorite drink is at Swig. She replied, “I got the shark attack, and I really liked it.” Karina was also asked if she would go back again and she exclaimed with, “Yes!”
All in all, Swig is somewhere that is perfect for getting a little pick me up. From drinks to even a sweet treat like a cookie or pretzel, Swig has it all. Swig offers the perfect environment to go to when you are bored, hanging out with friends, or even wanting a drink for a road trip. So, the next time someone’s wanting a sweet treat offer up Swig!
