Walking into Crumbl you will notice the smell of delicious cookies. There I spotted workers working on the cookies and the cashier taking orders and learning about her customers’ lives. I went to the Merdian store by the Village.

The people that I decided to interview is the owner of that store, the manager, and a former worker. So I asked all the same questions to each one of them; they all had very similar response. The first question that I asked was how is it being apart of the Crumbl community, the second question I asked was what is your favorite cookies, and what was the most popular cookie of this week?  I started with interviewing the owner he replied with these answers: “How it is being apart of the Crumbl community is great, I love the bond that I have with my workers and the strong bonds that they have with each other!” (Brian Armstrong) “my favorite cookie this week was the peanut butter one because it was crunchy on the outside and then had soft peanut butter on the inside” (Brian Armstrong) “The most popular cookies and specialty cakes were the cookies and cream cookies and the lemon cake and personally the lemon cake was my favorite” (Brian Armstrong). The second person that was interviewed was a former worker. And these were her answers to the questions “How my experience was being apart of the Crumbl community was great I met so many new people and learned a lot of new skills that I didn’t know before so I can say that I really loved working at Crumbl and the benefits that it brought me” (Courtney) “My favorite cookie was the cookies and cream and I also really like the Biscoff cake that was really good” (Courtney) “I would say the most popular cookie was the cookies and cream or the banana pie on and the most popular cake was the lemon one, that one was also really good.” (Courtney)

I tried all the cookies and the cakes. I asked some customers inside the store and some of the workers and they all said that they love the addition of cakes to the menu. Another thing that people love about Crumbl is the continuous rotation of the cookies so that they are still intrigued and wanting more. They also get to try many verities of cookies so that they can explore more. The thing that I like about these cookies is that they are so big that you can share with others, so others are able to enjoy as well. So, in conclusion, this was a good experience to because I was able to see the other sides of people’s opinions and how they feel about working at Crumbl.
